 Our hospital are a medical care center of military and has been certified as a regional teaching hospital by Department of Health Executive Yuan's (DOH). Our physicians are all qualified and with excellent skill, teaching including nine certified scholars.
In respects of hardware facility we have advanced equipments, progressive medical research, comfortable medical environment, wide parking lot, In respects of patient service .
The hospital also have more consumer-friendly innovations such as established a network to offer population to have full medical service and accurate health information. We also renewed Dial-in automated appointment system for patients to shorten the waiting time. Our med-care teams wall circulate to serve same suburban villages where are lading of medical resources.
In promotion our service quality ,we reconstruct old OPD and ER building .We provide up-to-date . dialysis center ,cardiac interrelation center, chromic respiratory center and... Etc.,
to provide the best medical service to all our country people, to improve communication and understanding between patient and physician, to meet our patients' satisfaction. |

 1946 "Military Taichung General Hospital" was founded in mainland China-city Chingdou, and named " 104 Combined Service Force Base Hospital".- 1946 "Military Taichung General Hospital" was founded in mainland China-city Chingdou, and named " 104 Combined Service Force Base Hospital".
- 1949 Reorganized "The Eighth Armed Forces General Hospital of MiND" in Taiwan - county Peng Hu.
- 1950 Renamed "The Third General Hospital of Combined Service & Armed Forces" in Taiwan - city Taichung.
- 1952 Renamed "The Third General Hospital of Combined Service Force General Headquarters" in Taiwan - city Taichung.
- 1955 Renamed "The Third Army General Hospital" in Taiwan - city Taichung.
- 1960 Reorganized "803 Army General Hospital" in Taiwan - city Taichung.
- 1980 Moved to Taichung county.
- 1995 Reorganized " 803 Military General Hospital ".
- 1998 The present name, "Military Taichung General Hospital" was adopted.
